How it works ?

Design and Development
First, the process expert either chooses a process from a provided list of hundreds of templates based
on everyday business processes or uses the simple graphical modeling tool to design their own
process. Once the process is designed, advanced simulation capabilities allow the user to test it to see how it works under certain conditions before it is implemented.
The robust design, development and testing tools provided by VDoc Process are critical not only for designing the process, but also for documenting, discussing, understanding and confirming the model with all involved parties.

Process Execution
Once a business process is designed, the process engine in VDoc Process executes it. The advanced
execution capabilities in VDoc Process encapsulate the entire process execution within a single environment using a combination of workflow, automation, integration and business rules.

Monitoring and Management
Beyond the design and execution phases, the process must be continuously monitored and managed. VDoc Process provides graphical depiction of the status of a process so business managers can monitor it to see whether it is meeting expectations such as service level agreements or cost parameters. Through real-time dashboards, business managers can see and respond to current levels of activity. The visibility provided by VDoc Process facilitates rapid response to process bottlenecks that may limit overall system performance and negatively affect business objectives like customer service.

Analysis and Optimization
