VDoc Software history

VDoc software is a subsidiary (100%) of Axemble group and currently has 50 employees. 
Axemble group was founded in 1987. It is a privately owned company, and has its corporate headquarters in Lyon - France. 

The origins of its VDoc product range were defined in 1994 with the ISO 9000 quality certification; the company has continued to enhance its product set, with the current collaborative suite. 

With more than 10 years of experience bringing innovative products to market, and more than 500 customer sites, VDoc software has a proven track record of growth, enabling continuous investments in new products and innovative solutions.
Recently, VDoc software has been able to attract significant partnerships. 

In 2006, Vdoc activity will become separate subsidiary - VDoc software – .
This move is a strategic realignment that will strengthen the competitive position, focusing in software provider.
